On August 11, 2017, the Women’s Society of Cyberjutsu, along with more than 100 security professionals, convened at Convene, Tyson’s Corner in McLean, VA for the 4th Annual Cyberjutsu Awards – an event to recognize the women making waves in and around the cybersecurity industry.
The Women’s Society of Cyberjutsu is back for another cybersecurity soiree in celebration of changing faces in the security industry!
On August 11th, 2017, the 4th Annual Cyberjutsu Awards Fundraiser will once again bring together dozens of security professionals from all over the country – this time at the Convene conference center in Tysons Corner, McLean, VA.
Since eLearnSecurity was born, we’ve always made it our utmost priority to bring our students high-caliber training through our online IT security courses and virtual labs. To ensure that we’re constantly staying true to that cause, we continuously look to the community for some real, honest feedback.
After 6 days of intensive infosec imbibement, Black Hat USA 2017 – and thus our time in Vegas – has come to an end. For those in attendance, the week went by in a flash – not surprising really, as each day was packed with briefings to attend, demos to watch, tools to try, and of course, swag to collect.
It has been an amazing first day at the Black Hat USA main conference. As expected, thousands upon thousands of security professionals arrived at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center to witness the infosec spectacle that is Black Hat.
Before closing the evening, let’s take a quick look back at what happened at Briefings Day 1.
Two decades on from its inception, one of the biggest security events in the world – Black Hat USA – has again kicked off in Vegas for a week of unbridled infosec indulgence, and we’re psyched to take part in the festivities.
In May 2017, we launched the third edition of our MISSIONS. With the stakes so high, and with one of the biggest security events calling, enrollments (and thus, entries) came pouring in from the very first week. Now, two months and hundreds of entries later, the time has come to find out who among you will be headed to the Sin City for the ultimate infosec experience.
